PLAYAWAY

Play Away started February 2012, since then we have carried out eleven session's on a Saturday morning. Times are from 9.30-11.30am. There are planned dates in October (27^th), November (10^th & 24^th) & December (8^th).

This is a free session for children when accompanied with an adult; it is a form of out-reach to engage with families in the surrounding area.

The numbers attending have ranged from 6-12 children, some times less.

Play away is ‘a simple act of kindness’ where we can show Gods love and that every-one matters.  Children come-in, feel welcomed, participate in six fun activities, enjoy refreshments and leave with a coloured helium balloon!

Mums, Dads and carers can enjoy free tea, coffee and refreshments. 

Play Away currently runs on the second & fourth Saturday in the month with the aim to review in January 2013.
